Moorcroft The Christmas Story Vase Wolf with highlights of gold andDesigner: Nicola Slaney Size: H 22. 5cm Shape: 120 9 Limited Edition 20 The Christmas Story was an illustrated manuscript designed by Frances and Margaret MacDonald. The sisters were married to Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Herbert McNair and together they made The Four leading artists in the Art Nouveau movement. Produced c. 1895 1896 the manuscript was made from hand painted watercolours with gold paint on vellum with fine stitching in gold thread.
