The nights here are refreshingly cool, and allow the grapes to ripen while maintaining sharp acidity. The juice is fermented with native yeasts for a refreshing savory character. The fruit really shines in this bottle and packs quite the punch at first. It is extremely food friendly, and would be paired best with your weeknight grill sesh: juicy smash burgers, sausage, wings, or hot dogs.
