Its soothing and relaxing quality became a cure to all to treat common ailments. It wasn't until 822AD in Northern France at a Benedictine monastery that its brewing aspect was incorporated in the making of beer. Now an essential part of the beer making process, this amber nectar known the world over has been enjoyed by many ever since! The
