Georgian "God Save The King" Carnelian Intaglio Seal Fob studs Diamond and RubyDATE: Georgian, c. 1830 Elegant antique seal fob pendant set with a carnelian base intaglio carved with the words GOD SAVE THE KING in gothic script. Likely made to commemorate the ascention of William IV to the British throne, it features a highly ornate and deeply carved body crafted in 9 karat yellow gold. Circa 1830. William IV succeeded his older brother, George IV, in 1830 the fourth and penultimate Hanoverian monarch. At the time he was the
