It's crafted in 18k gold and opens to reveal a small locket compartment. Both the front and the back are finished in fine enamel work, with a portrait on one side and flowers on the other. When viewed through a loupe the details are so fine. Beautifully crafted in France, circa 1750. Antique jewellery often includes floral motifs, as part of their "Language of
