Drappier Champagne Brut Carte d'Or, N/V (6L) Pelaverga 12% ParelladaThis wine is a Pinot Noir dominated blend with Chardonnay and Meunier as well. It is almost a true Blanc de Noirs, or white wine made from red grapes. It has slightly more residual sugar and vinous texture showing strong notes of yellow apple, nectarine and quince. We would pair it with a hot honey fried chicken sandwich.
