The grapes are hand harvested, whole cluster pressed, and fermented cold in stainless steel. Once fermentation is over, the wine sits on its lees for 6 months before being bottled. 4 grams of residual sugar per liter, making it a deliciously dry wine with texture and character. Pair it with Nashville hot chicken tenders and a homemade red cabbage coleslaw.
