Constructed of high stretch neoprene, this jacket is waterproof and windproof. The Stormr Surf Top features neoprene cuffs, an adjustable hood, a neoprene neck gasket, and an adjustable waistband seal. All of the seams are glued, blind stitched and thermal taped to insure that they are completely leak proof. There is a big pocket on the front as well as a kangaroo style hand warmer.
