It is the same blend as its bigger sister Cuve Marguerite, but as a single vineyard situated on clay, and lime soils instead of schist. As such, it is a slightly fresher expression with bright tropical and orchard fruit like nectarine and ripe yellow peaches, with a feather like quality on the palate. Pair it with
