The SIX ZERO was designed to look back to the 1960s and forward to the 2024s and imagine what a new pedal could look and sound like now whilst operating with a fundamentally vintage sound at its core. To capture this decade spanning sound we chose to recreate the sounds of the venerable MKI TB. As fuzz enthusiasts will know, the MKI Tonebender was designed with germanium transistors, and it sounded incredible.
