Song of Melancholy was of one Leilani Nepenthes's signature crosses and is believed to be Nepenthes boschiana x (spectabilis x veitchii). The male parent is our a gigantic and colorful Nepenthes sibuyanensis x truncata bred by Exotica Plants. We expect the pitchers to be huge, flared and amazingly colorful as they mature.
