It has short puff sleeves made from silk organza with taffeta appliqud shapes and elastic cuffs. The dress has a square neckline, inverted pleats below the waist, and a cotton (possibly a blend) lining. It fastens with a zipper up the back. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 35. 5" Waist 29. 5" Shoulders 14"
