1980s Art Deco Style Black Leather Adjustable Belt wiggle dress It is in excellent conditionThis 1980s Judith Leiber belt is reptile skin with a black leather backing. The Art Deco style silver tone metal buckle is embellished with rhinestones and a black cabochon. The belt measures 1. 25" wide and is adjustable, fitting a 19. 5" 35". Some of the rhinestones are slightly darker but it's otherwise in very good condition.
