The piece has cap sleeves and shoulder pads, a navy and striped bodice insert with a anchor and lifesaver applique in the center. It closes with a back nylon zipper and has a red cummerbund cotton faced belt. The label reads, "TJuniors Made in the USA" and it's sized a 9 10. It measures 38" around the bust, the waist is 30", the hips are 32" the overall length is 52" and the inseam is 23". Excellent condition.
