Scoop neckline, with a scalloped button front. Each button is fabric covered, and the scallops are trimmed in pink piping. The floral print is bright and fun, and the fabric is crisp. There's a hook and eye closure at the waist, with a tie at the front. Nice full skirt, shown here with a crinoline on the form and without a
