40's Netted and Feathered Black Hat waist 22 23 xs xxs Size S (vintage size 12The hat is made of wool and protein fiber. It fits headband like. There is netting in the front with no tears as far as I could see (netting can be tricky like that). There are 3 wispy delicate feathers attached with a jeweled piece. The feathers have a few bends in them. It is made by the merrimac hat corp.
