It features a scoop neck and back, full skirt with crinoline, basque waistline, gusseted half sleeves, and ruched bands around the neck and waist. It closes with a back metal zipper. The top of the dress is lined and there is no label, but is sized a 9. It measures 34" around the bust, the waist is 26" , the hips are 32" and the length is 40". Dry clean.
