Pinot Blanc Class A Doppelstern 2016 estate RefreshingPinot Blanc is where the Francophile character of this variety is expressed in its most beautiful form: with depth, complexity elegance, and plenty of fun. Our vineyard draws this particularly from its south east location and the limestone soil of the Wiberg. Featuring notes of ripe stone fruit, pear, quince, apple, well integrated minerality and a little brioche, but also saltiness and a tension that won't let you go. Be sure to use large and or
