Terms and Conditions of Alpine Bell Villa

These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between “Vismar Invest” Ltd, with UIC: 205971586, having its registered office and management address at 82B Peshtersko Shose Street, Plovdiv, in connection with the services and reservations provided by Alpine Bell Villa.

When a guest uses our services, it is automatically assumed that they have acquainted themselves with, understood and accepted the rules outlined below.

I. Reservations

  1. Reservations can be made through the website https://alpinebellvilla.com/, the intermediary platform Quendoo: Booking Engine, by phone, or in person.
  2. A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of the respective deposit as indicated in the reservation form or the relevant offer. You will receive explicit confirmation, along with a reservation number. Reservations can be guaranteed with a debit/credit card, pre-paid with a debit/credit card or via a bank transfer. Bank account details in BGN are provided in the reservation confirmation, with all transfer fees being the responsibility of the Remitter.
  3. (1) Prepayment with a credit/debit card is done through DSK’s VPOS terminal, as well as via Pay by Link.
        a) Accepted card types include debit, credit, and business cards from Visa and Mastercard. Alpine Bell Villa does not accept traveler’s checks, Diners, American Express or JCB.
        b) Transactions are processed using MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security protocols.
        c) For security reasons, the maximum card payment amount is 5000 Bulgarian Lev.
        d) We do not store any bank card data used for payments through the website.
        e) In case of a refund, the amount will be returned to the card used for the payment.

    (2) For all other payment methods, any reservation changes must be communicated and confirmed by the reception before the arrival date.

    (3) In cases where no full or partial prepayment is required, the due amount is settled by the guest upon departure from the villa.

  4. (1) Cancellations can be made through Quendoo: Booking Engine, via
    https://alpinebellvilla.com/ or by phone.

    (2) If a guest cancels a reservation within the free cancellation period, the funds paid by them will be refunded within 10 business days from the moment the Alpine Bell Villa team is notified of the cancellation. In case the cancellation notice is outside the specified period, a penalty will be applied in accordance with the terms of the specific reservation.

    (3) Reservations made under promotional, seasonal or pre-paid conditions may be non-cancellable, with no refund of the initial payment.

  5. (1) In the event that Alpine Bell Villa is required to cancel, modify or amend a reservation, the guest will be notified before the check-in date.

    (2) In the cases specified in the above clause, the guest has the right to:
        a) Accept the modified arrangements;
        b) Propose an alternative arrangement;
        c) Cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.

    (3) The preceding clause does not apply when the reservation is canceled due to established abuse.

II. Prices

  1. Accommodation prices are determined based on demand during different periods of the year, with any changes being announced in a timely and appropriate manner.
  2. Prices are per day for the entire villa, inclusive of the tourist tax, VAT and insurance. Prices do not include commission for tour operators or other parties.
  3. In the event that a guest utilizes additional services not included in their pre-selected package, such as the minibar, excursions, and others, they are required to pay for them on-site. 
  4. Combining two or more promotional accommodation offers or other current offers or discounts is not permitted. 
  5. The use of intermediary services provided by the Quendoo platform: Booking Engine for making reservations does not result in additional fees or an increase in the price for a stay at Alpine Bell Villa.

III. Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in time at Alpine Bell Villa is after 2:00 PM. Any arrivals before this time will be accommodated based on villa occupancy.
  2. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. If you wish to depart at a later time, you must inform the Alpine Bell Villa team no later than 24 hours before your desired check-out time, as any check-out after the standard regulated time will be subject to villa occupancy.
  3. In the event that a check-out after 11:00 AM is confirmed, an additional fee will be applied.

IV. Conduct

  1. Guests are required to inform the Alpine Bell Villa team of any changes to their reservation, any identified breaches, the discovery of lost, forgotten, damaged, stolen, or found items, as well as in relation to any complaints that may arise during their stay.
  2. Guests should treat Alpine Bell Villa’s property with care as a responsible tenant and observe the rest hours between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and after 10:00 PM.
  3. In the event of inappropriate actions by a guest, the Alpine Bell Villa team reserves the right to take reciprocal measures, which may involve contacting the police or requesting guests to leave the premises, depending on the severity of the situation.
  4. Children under the age of 7 should not be left unattended.

V. Liability

  1. Alpine Bell Villa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings of the guests.
  2. Alpine Bell Villa is not responsible for the loss or damage to the guests’ vehicles left in the villa’s free parking area.
  3. In the event that a lost or forgotten item belonging to a guest is found, Alpine Bell Villa will make an effort to locate the owner, keeping the item for a period of 30 days.
  4. In the event that a guest intentionally or through negligence damages equipment, furnishings, structure, or outdoor space, they will be charged based on the extent of the damage. Payment is to be made at market value immediately in cash or by credit/debit card before leaving the property.
  5. In the case of a missing item discovered after the guest’s departure, the Alpine Bell Villa team reserves the right to withhold the corresponding amount from the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice to the address provided by the guest.
  6. (1) If a guest smokes within the villa, a fine of 200 BGN will be imposed.
    (2) Violation of the no-smoking policy, occurring two or more times, will be considered property damage to the villa, and accordingly, the provision of Article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions will be applied.
  7. Depending on the degree of rule violation or property damage, a representative of Alpine Bell Villa may require guests to vacate the property immediately without any entitlement to compensation or reimbursement of the amount already paid.
  8. The guest’s liability for their expenses is absolute, and they agree to be held responsible in the event that a specified individual, group, or company does not fully pay all or part of the incurred expenses.

VI. Children’s Policy

  1. Individuals under the age of 12 are considered children by Alpine Bell Villa and must be accompanied by an adult responsible for their behavior.
  2. Individuals aged 12 or older are considered adults by Alpine Bell Villa and will be charged accordingly during their stay at the villa.
  3. Complimentary baby cots are provided in the rooms upon prior request.

VII. Pets Policy

  1. The accommodation of pets is not permitted.

VIII. Miscellaneous

  1. (1) In cases of incompleteness in these General Terms and Conditions and in the event of disputes arising from them, Bulgarian legislation applies accordingly.
    (2) These General Terms and Conditions may be periodically amended in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian and European legislation without explicit notice to the guests.
    (3) Any changes to the General Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon their publication.
